You'll need a valid driver's license, proof of an active or pending rideshare/delivery platform account (Uber, Lyft, or DoorDash), and to be at least 21 years old. A clean-ish driving record helps, but we work with many drivers who don't qualify for traditional dealership financing.
Drive226 vehicles require that the renter have and maintain insurance coverage that is consistent with and has been verified by the Rideshare provider. Proof of coverage can be uploaded during the application process.

Your rental agreement specifies a fixed weekly amount. You'll receive an agreement number and access code so you can securely pay online through our payment portal using a debit or credit card, processed securely by Stripe.
Security deposits vary by vehicle and driver profile, typically ranging from one to two weeks' rent. Your deposit amount is confirmed before you sign your rental agreement, with no hidden surprises.
Yes, subject to availability. Many renters swap vehicles for a different size, fuel efficiency, or feature set as their driving needs change. Reach out to support to check what's available.

Drive226 does not currently report rental payment activity to consumer credit bureaus. Your rental agreement is separate from your personal credit profile.
